Last year customers asked us for a black driver cap and this year we came through. We always strive for quality you can see and when you're working with a dark color like black it's a little challenging. If it's too shiny it looks inexpensive and if it's too dull, it looks well....dull. I'm happy to report this one is the bees knees. The color is a deep, rich, squid-ink black with a little bit of luster to it. Finally, there's a tonal herringbone to add surface interest and our iconic, embossed leather trademark at the back. The interior cotton-linen lining features an historical image from the storied era of Prohibition. We’ve got a few in our library so yours may not match the photo, but it’ll be good. Our caps are union-made, right here in the USA, so they’ve got pedigree.
