At Repeal Club, we stand behind our products and services. We have a multitude of quality controls from the raw materials we use to the selection and oversight of our factory partners. Our focus remains on producing durable and stylish products. If you currently reside in the United States and are not satisfied with your Repeal Club product, please contact us to request a replacement (if possible) or a refund. Item must have been purchased from us directly or from one of our authorized resellers. We are unable to guarantee the quality of items purchased through second hand and unauthorized sources. The guarantee is non-transferable and is limited to the original, end-use purchaser for 60 days after the date of purchase.
How To Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at Serivce@RepealClub.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will need to provide your proof of purchase and will be instructed to mail your product back to our Brooklyn, New York studio.
Please include reference to the name of the customer who submitted the Guarantee request within the materials you send to us. You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs in connection with mailing the product to our Brooklyn location.
Repeal Club reserves the right to confirm any submitted information and to require valid proof that the product was purchased through us directly or an authorized retailer. Repeal Club asserts it’s discretion to deny the Guarantee request in the event fraud is suspected or does not fall within our specified guidelines.
